  Very nice service. Rooms are very good, clean. Situated in the main point of d city.. awsm place to stay with family

  The hotel is very well located and has a big entrance. There is full height glass turnstile in the lobby entrance that has to manually rotated. The looby is very spacious leading to a medium sized banquet good enough for 100 people to sit. There is a restaurant / cafe in the lobby that serves lunch at Rs. 699 plus taxes on Sundays, not sure about other days. The staff are cooperative and well behaved. The basement parking is horrible, driveways being too narrow and the space stinking of sewage. Not enough space for two cars to be parked in front of each other. Valets are there to help.

  Firstly, we thank Mr. Kanchan for allocating best room and considering our regular stay and taking special care with upgrading our room.It was simply superb!! Excellent Food, Special thanks to Chef. Gomes & Chef. Panda. Appreciate for completely homely atmosphere. Our baby really enjoyed the food. We also thank entire housekeeping team as well, as they have cleaned our room several times without hesitation, as our baby used to throw the thing's here & there. We love to stay again & again.

  The hotel is in the heart of the city. The entrance is crowded which is a put off. The rooms are clean and fresh. Stayed on the fifth floor. There us some view of the city visible. The restaurant attached needs a face lift. The food is quite ordinary and even the specials are not special. Just a word if u love green tea carry your own sachets.
