  Definitely NOT a 3Star Hotel. Over priced for the service and rooms they offer. No welcome drink nor even a glass of Water for customers especially in the scorching summers of Chennai !! I would certainly NOT recommend this place even for a one day stay. I'd suggest rather try the Palm Grove Hotel next door. It's old but well maintained, good service, good food and worth your precious money!

  The restaurants in the hotel were excellent. The staff were helpful enough and the ambience was moderate. The sumptuous food leaves anyone with hearty mind. It's location is ideal to hit the major spots and mainly for those who have arrived for the immigration proceedings at the US Consulate nearby.

  Housekeeping is missing basic things. They don't check if the towels are provided or the kettle is provided, safe is provided and so and so... For everything thing you have to call the reception. No one needs much intelligence for this I guess. Rooms looks little old, wall papers coming off and smelly also. Only good thing about this hotel is for people coming for US visa processing as this is located near to consulate and biometric center. Also the breakfast was decent and staffs were helpful.

  It's a decent place to stay if you're traveling for couple of stays. The rooms are clean and the staff are courteous enough. The usual issues of hot water in the morning was attended to quickly. The complementary buffet breakfast is just about ok. The biggest plus about this hotel is that it is walkable distance from the us biometric center and the us visa consulate; so most people who stay here would have come for their us visa requirements. The traffic near here is crazy so it is advised to walk to and from these places rather than taking a cab or auto.There is also a pub and a fancy Chinese restaurant on the ground floor and other eating spots nearby.

  I have stayed there 16,17 Jan 2018. The location is good for people going to US consulate. Both are walk able distance. Breakfast is good for short trip. Rooms are small, clean and new, BUT SMELLS. I believe the housekeeping guys are not cleaning it every day. I asked for a room freshener, they put their own spray and now I have to keep my door open to remove that smell. They even sprayed on my shoes.. Some other also reviewed the same issue before, and now it is still the same. It is up the staff, whether they need to manage well...Thanks you and good luck
