  A congested and squeezed public dealing office of the company, in the middle circle adjoining Plaza PVR, has a small sharing staircase leading to the company's office. The company has a name in the Travel and Hospitality sector and at times gives competitive deals. Staff is helpful, provided one is clear what one wants! Though they are slow on follow-up with the prospective clients, yet have good footfall for their business. Worth exploring for your travel/holiday destinations for a good deal.

  TRAVEL BPC CARD got blocked suddenly within a year which has validity of 4 yeARS very bad service and no response from office dont take this card unless u wanna put yourself in difficult situation

  I took personalised tour to China. It was a third rate service. Their local managers did not pick up the calls. The tour was given in a mid size sedan, the guide rushed through site seeing, Indian food was ordered to deliver in room. The cab did not turn up to take to the train station; the guide took 2 of us in metro? Is this Thomas Cook charging me twice the going price. Overall it was a disgusting experience.
