::Their behavior is good but they will not help you until you make a online complaint against them..... The only way to get your work. If someone snatches your bag and you loose all your cards.... They will not even write your card number in complaint and they say at your face that you will not get any of your luggage better you get a new one.... As per my own experience... They made me roam 3 hours among three police stations at VADODARA railway station.... Worst experience.... But they are too soft spoken.... In this situation they will even ask you for tea.. :)
