  If i was able to give zero rating then i defiantly provide it.It was 27/04/18 we are waiting for bus of Lucknow since 6pm but waiting 3 hours + we get nothing ...atlast we have to choose alld

  It was like ok experience there.. The enquiry service was very responsive.. But the facilities like fooding and the infrastructure like boarding times were not there..This bus stand is a walking distance feim the varanasi junction BSB. I was here to take bus to Ballia but i instead got for Ghazipur. I also did not see buses for the longer trips..There may be another better bus stand in varanasi please check with the locals If u got longer trips.

  After long time you realise the service is improve and the behaviour of staff is rude

  The station is quite big and spacious for many buses to be parked at once. All buses specifically the air conditioned ones offer very good, punctual and reliable services to any out station. Querying from counter is a bit hazy and difficult to reach task

  Service is improved. Crowded during festive seasons. Ambiance of “Janrath” the AC bus which was quite good at the beginning, is not properly maintained, and it’s deteriorating day by day, thanks to the people. Cleanliness of Bus stop is 2.5 out of 5. Needs improvement. But you can get bus for anyplace any time. There are several stalls where you can get tea, snacks, water, milk and other food items.
