  It's extremely average hotel with most basic facilities. But the problem is that their Management is full of tricksters. They tell you some price at the time of check-in but at the time of checkout, they change the price ( increase it) and flatly deny the bargain that happened the previous day. Get the pricing in writing at the time of check-in when you bargain.

  The most worst hotel I ever visited. One of the smart city is Surat but not with smart people... very bad behaviour
