  Neat and clean. Location good (1 KM from Patna Jn.) Rooms too small. Staff nice and courteous. Food is simply PATHETIC (don't ever have it here)

  Not so nice experience. Careless attitude about the cleanliness. Staff tries to over smart the guests.

  A big surprising Warm Welcome and Staff members are well trained and disciplined. The Resort is surrounded by Greenery and Hills. The Resort owns a jeep and you may hire if you wish to go for Sightseeing and adventurous drive. Food is very delicious and Served Hot. The resort has close proximity to a Jain restaurant, Chocolate Shop, Handicraft Sarees shop and adventure sports village. It is very difficult to mention any single staff member for their excellence in service as the whole team deserves the credit.

  I loved their hospitality. Everything is worth 4 stars here (don't know about the food). It's location makes city's hotspots really accessible. The only problem I had was with the service people who are good, but they chatter a lot in the corridors which was irritating. As for the rooms, they're pretty standard. The beds were good, but the bathrooms lacked space. Service was very homely. Helpful reception, courteous guards, and caring staff. I would've given it 3.75, but since that's not an option, it's 4 stars.
