  Hotel amenities are very good but staff is not as prompt as it should be location of hotel is also in a heart of city so it's good👍

  Its budget hotel but I would not prefer to stay again Good Point: I stayed in double room with triple occupancy with my parents. The room was worth to the money which I had paid. The staff was pretty cooperative and Golden temple was kind of 1 km away. We need to take an autorikshaw(5-7mins ride) to reach golden temple.There was no water in the bathroom in the morning(however after calling to reception, they sorted out the problem), but that could happen in any property so it should be fine. It is approachable by Autorikshaw/car. From Train station it costed 60 rupees to hotel for 3 people. From hotel it costed 50rupees to Golden Temple. There is famous lassi outlet infornt of the Hotel, so dont forget to try. Bad Points: The room where I stayed did not have window. I stayed for a day and I had good experience only. I di dnot feel that service manager was much receptive and he did not greet also when we reached hotel.

  Average Hotel ....receptionist behavior is different from customer to customer someone was offering cold drinks but someones are asking for drinking water. .. I thnk receptionist don't know the meaning of RECEPTION. Room service provides me a jug of water after 25 minutes at only first floor..

  The rooms could have been more cleaner as when we went to the room, the bathroom was clean but it gave a feel that it's been used before. I know it's a bit too much to ask but to better the standards, it is mandatory
