  If you look from outside this hotel seems to be very scary haunted house type. But the interior is very good. Good staff members. Good service.

  Good location, room service is good and quick. The staff is polite. However the linens are dirty, some times I feel they aren’t even washed.

  It's an excellent hotel where we can rest or drink or eat something.. it's an 3 star hotel

  The very first thing that you will notice after entering the hotel is the aestically beautiful reception..but the floors and rooms are not up to the mark. Home service is too slow because of so many rooms and less staffs. Though, home service people are very polite and humble. Rooms are clean but Should have been best if well maintained. A single plus point is the location, near to the station and the RESTAURANT ambience is decent , but food is overpriced. Worst part is the lack of maintenance, the most showcased SWIMMING POOL is doesn't even exist !!!! It has been cemented for party use ! The centralised geyser ceased functioning after the first night, when asked multiple times, we got hot water in bucket 😓 Over all , the hotel looks like a palace APPARENTLY, but if you go by the looks, you will surely get disappointed .

  One of the best hotel i in the city. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. One of the best place to visit with family and friends. Good to see variety of delicious food. Great service is provided by the staff of the hotel. The maintenance and the management of the hotel is quite good. The location of the hotel is just out of the guwahati railway station.
