::A complete fraud travels.. they ask us to pay money even before showing the car and gives us the car that is completely in bad condition.. a swift dzire car was given to me which is of very bad condition for a trip.. the wheel alignment was changed and when I asked about that,they told to check the wheel alignment by your own and we will refund the charges which is a lie.. they didn't even refund the deposit that was paid.. never ever use this seld driving service..

::The guys are very unprofessional. Dont know how to talk to customer. They know how to ruin your plans and then they will they have not done anything. Dont fall in their traps. Never go to such cheap, arrogant and senseless travels.

::PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE HIRING A CAR FROM THESE IDIOTS * I requested for booking a swift car with home delivery option @10:30AM ,with tariff ₹1700 and for delivery ₹300 and security deposit ₹1000.(Total ₹3000). * At the time of delivery 10:30AM,they asked me to come to the mentioned office address.and my booking was a home delivery. * They told some unwanted reasons and asked me to pay ₹5000 as a security deposit.Also i paid that amount.and submitted my DL&VOTER ID(original) and signed in the bond. * After all formalities &11:30AM they showed me a car ford figo(a scrap car).but my request was swift.and also they sent one guy to check how am driving.i got insulted and i cancelled the booking at the time. * Total amount paid by me was ₹8000.i did not get my refund amount till now..! Suresh pleaded me for one week time,he started blocking my number,they started shouting at me for asking my money. His silly reasons was(wife admitted in hospital,he met with an accident etc..,) * According to their tarrif ₹1700 for car per day with no fuel. MY SUGGESTION IS ZOOM CARS,REVV CARS,MILES,DRIVEZY...etc.(They provide with fuel for lesser amount). GUYS PLEASE DONT HIRE A CAR FROM THIS CHEATERS(both son and father). If u also want to book a car after reading this review please go ahead..and get hurted by these cheater. Still i have no hope that i will recieve my refund Its my bad i dint read any reviews before booking :(

::Worst place to get a car for self drive. I rented a Alto 800 car. Right from the start I was having problems with these guys they asked me to take the care at Maddox street but when I started from home I just wanted to call them they said to come vadapalani to take the car I was not even given proper intimation. The response provided also was not proper they just said I have already paid and if you need the car just come and get it and just banged the call. They did not have the courtesy to even apologize. Once I went there and took the car the car condition was very bad. The car had lots of dents and the tail lamp and the rear lamp were broken. The ac was not working properly. The whole car was full of scratches. The front of the car had met with an accident and they just had really repaired it to look just a car. The number of the is TN01 AT 2883. WORST EVER SERVICE. NO HORN IN THE CAR. I HAD TO REPAIR IT ON THE WAY FOR 200 RS to continue with my journey.. I was getting lots of noices from the engine. The reason I am posting this is because I don't want any other person to suffer like me. Please don't hire cars from this person. All their cars are like this..
