  Management has changed. Appetizers are being kept under lock and key and provided on demand basis during buffet. First plate will have 6 paneer pieces and second helping will have 4 pieces and so on. Wine is complimentary with buffet but will be measured accurately and poured. Salads and other items have been drastically cut down. So stay away from dinner buffet. Not sure how lunch buffet is.

  Been there several times and every time has been a memorable one with deep house music . The staffs are cordial and welcoming. They have good understanding of menu and suggest good selection. The location and ambience is one of its kind and the cocktail menu is well balanced. You'll have the best possible view of the city from this roof top lounge.

  Went for a peaceful stay for a day with family. It worked out nice. Neat peaceful place. Nice staff. They help you with a smile, when needed. They don't interfere unnecessarily. The 10th floor restaurant is an amazing place to have dinner.

  Hotel is located at most prominent place with night clubs nearby and many other shopping destinations. Property is good but rooms are small. Viewers it is not good. Bar is little expensive in comparison to tiger similar hotel. Lobby need more improvement. There is confusion from out side building for searching hotel. However Manipal centre is very famous.

  Room itself was fine, but it had no view because the window was covered by a huge advertisement banner!!!. Unfortunately that was not the only issue we faced. We were given a room on a floor just below or just above the discotheque. It made our stay very unpleasant. The extremely loud, jarring bass-heavy music went on from 6:30pm till 1:30am at night. And, someone started dragging some heavy metallic things on that floor, again at 6:30am next morning - ruining our sleep. The few good things about our stay was the are location of the hotel which is bang in heart of city, near MG Road, Brigade Rd, proximity to Metro station (short walk away) and their nice breakfast spread. Mind it, they do not have a pool, and not sure about gym. Perhaps if they'd given us a room in some other floor, things might not have been as bad.
