  This hospital is not empanelled with any medical insurance company..This is a biggest drawback.Secondly waiting system and getting an appointment in time is tedious affair.Staff members at counters are not professionally trained.long way to go to be among the list of good hospital

  Nice and well maintained rooms even suits are available... it is clean and well maintained. Nursing and other Staff are patient friendly but some are inexperienced. I still don’t get it that you have to pay individually for different services like medicines or investigations etc and that too in cash which was bothersome. It would have been better to pay for all services at time of discharge. There is parking problem. The parking staff crashed my car to wall causing huge dent. On asking he blamed it on other guy whose shift was over. Even the reception was not helpful and expressed no remorse. as your concern is well-being of the patient you let these things pass. Overall good experience in terms of patient care.

  It's a private hospital. It is expensive and there is very less parking space. Its far from the main road.

  One of the best private hospitals of Kashmir valley. Lot of facilities under one roof.very near to city centre lalchowk . Full credit goes to administration.

  Over crowded, Noisy, Rude staff, doctors are never available in time, outdated appointment system that creates a lot of indiscipline. I would rather prefer a government hospital.
