::Ac have been installed but they dont turn them on from the last 2 years. They don't even have fans in some area. It's 43 Celsius in Chandigarh and imagine sitting without ac or fans. Won't recommend

::It's situated near Gurudwara in sector 34 or you can go by Piccadilly mall, quite enough space for reading along with reference section with updated material, latest magazines n newspaper. Best place is reference section coz availability of course related matter and then reading hall. 500 membership charge (refundable) plus administrative fees (approx 150).

::Amazing atmosphere for studying.. best in chandigarh. Although there's shortage of seats but then one can study well sitting on floor either. 😂

::For study, it's a great place. Books easily accessible and furthermore eating points are nearby. Facilities improving whenever I came back to this library.
