  Nicest Railway station I found in South Central Railway zone. Very neat and clean. One of the busiest station too. Station code is BZA. The peculiar thing here is we get VegitabVe samosas here at cheap rate. We get 5 samosas for RS 20/-

  The most important railway station for the Eastern corridor of Indian Railways. Almost all trains from Kolkata to Chennai halt here. This junction connects Chennai to rest of the North India, all the way to New Delhi. Similarly it connects Kolkata to Hyderabad region. It is always busy and crowded with trains arriving 24 hours.

  A well maintained and developing often railway station. The availability of every needs for passengers is handy and spacious waiting halls. On-site restaurants are available and more over it is a junction where most of Eastern trains has to pass over this. Availability of rest houses are always a boon to passengers. Medical coverage and information booths are handy. Special amenities for females and children. This includes ten platforms with ease of moving through escalators and lifts.

  It is one of the busiest railway stations in India. It is junction point for lot of long running trains so we can catch train from here to go to most of the destinations in India. Facilities are improved a lot and still neatness should be taken care. Looks decent number of restaurants are available on platforms. You can get seasonal fruits and beverages on platforms itself. There is enquiry booth to help you in local and English language. Still restrooms needs to be improved a lot.

  Too good a railway station. Even the water vending machines have POS Terminals... Food very easily available and very good in taste. There is a cell kitchen between platform 5 and 6. If you know your train is going to stop for long, it is a good option to source food from there. Butter milk is abundantly available at every platform. All platforms have lifts and some have escalators.
