Been to Martha's for vascular surgery No specified doctor there however they managed to get outside doctor The worst is I took second opinion and wanted to shift other hospital but the management will go careless and does unecassry billing to patients if patient is transferring from his decision Ultrasound report was not given they says it's not done ..but they have billed unessarly and says get the patient back we will do the test and will send back ..these was said after discharge .. How did they bill for Ultrasound with out test and y I'm suppose to pay ..however I paid 'and floor C'' the head of the sister is worst and no curtasy for patients If not my dad request Martha's management to send and clear immediately if patient is willing to go other hospital even if u charge extra plz discharge patients immediately..I have waited for 5 hours don't do these to others

I had been to St.Martha's Hospital for removal of a sebaceous cyst. Was treated by Dr.B.S Giridhar and his team, and its just amazing how hospitals specially in Bangalore, are so efficient even today. The staff, were extremely competent and very professional.A special note has to be said about the Nursing staff, who was very caring.Having visited from the US, and having worked with a health care system myself, the experience, is worth mentioning. From the Billing to the Medical Records and finally to the pharmacy, it was a very good memories that I take back with me.I would recommend the hospital, to anyone.Dr.Gridhar, is one of the finest doctors I have seen, and with a history of a 125+ years, and being the oldest hospitals, it sure has stood to epitomize what excellent healthcare stands for.
